You will get just the house, no AC units are included, but are available. All windows & doors are included. If you have any questions please let me know. This house is on Johnsons Ferry & can be seen in Marietta BY APPOINTMENT . Closing date on the property is March 15, 2009. You will have from March 15th thru April 1st to move it & take it away. You will need a Demo Permit from the county, it is $30. There contact info is below.
Closing date could change!!! It has changed quite a few times already, you will have 2-3 weeks after closing to move it.
